A Historical Perspective of the CADRE Group

Founded in 1992, CADRE Group, LLC was originally known as Nutmeg State Appraisal Associates - a Connecticut ("Nutmeg State") based real estate property evaluation company. As the depth and breadth of our service expanded beyond appraisal products and into the consulting arena, the name was changed to CADRE Group.

The company principals spent many years in the property evaluation industry assisting both national and international corporations with the development and implementation of strategies for the cost effective purchase and disposition of real estate. While consulting with many Fortune 500 companies in America, the principals acquired a wealth of knowledge as to what major corporations need from service industry providers. This knowledge was utilized in designing the operations delivery systems for CADRE Group. These distinctions are what have allowed the company to become a leader in its field.
